Okay, so who the heck is Tracy Petry, anyway?
I was born and raised in Connecticut, married for the first time at the ripe old age of 43 to a guy I had a crush on in high school. I worked in “corporate America” for 30 years and went into semi-retirement when we decided to pull up stakes and head south. We landed in North Carolina with our dog, Coda.
My husband works in construction; right now he’s remodeling mobile homes for a property management company that owns sixteen communities. I do a little work for them, too, but that’s another story. We were both bitten by the writing bug years ago and each have a bunch of novels and novellas available through Amazon.
Marty grew up Catholic and ran as fast as he could from organized religion when he was a young man. I was raised without any spirituality at all and only gave in to that “pull” later in life. We’re both now baptized members of a local SDA church and Jesus is the center of our lives. We had both lived lives of adultery, prostitution, drug and alcohol addiction, dabbling with the occult, lying, cheating, stealing, you name it – we did it all. God got a hold on us and changed our lives. Honestly, I don’t think we would have survived much longer the way we were going.
I hope you enjoy the blogs. I know I enjoy sharing them. Here’s a link to my Amazon page in case you want to see more. I hope you enjoy the reads and have a few sleepless night because of them!
